ORDERING - Where's my order?
If you have not yet received your order and think you should have,
email us! Please include the customer name, shipping address, product name and date of order.
RETURNS
Skunkape.info wants you to be delighted with your products. For that reason, we will accept items returned within 30 days and award a full refund of the product cost. Shipping, however, will not be refunded.
We will pay the return shipping costs if an item is being returned
due to our error. If you want an item in exchange, we will pay the
shipping back to you on the new item.
